We are a commercial real estate company with properties located in 18 states. LandTech has performed various project surveys for us in Tennessee and has done a great job. I've worked in the real estate industry for many years. After trying some of my regular vendors, and even a couple of referrals, I stumbled upon LandTech. Their online ad looked very professional so I immediately gave them a call. I'm glad I did as they were quick to respond, courteous and eagerly agreed to take on what they knew might be a challenging project - even put a rush on it! My survey was provided on time which made me & my client happy. LandTech will definitely get my business again!
I needed to know the location of an access right of way to our undeveloped property. When I requested that LandTech do the survey, I didn't have to wait long. LandTech's surveyors scheduled a time for the survey, and they were on the site when and as promised. They located the existing markers, replaced the missing ones, and made sure I knew the limits of the right of way. LandTech's service is second to none.
We have enjoyed working the LandTech. They ask the right questions, raise important concerns, are quick to respond to inquiries and produce work. They have worked well with the rest of our team and know who to talk to in the city to receive clarity on issues. We are looking forward to a positive outcome on this project with their continued help.
